Do you ask for a big deposit?
No. You pay in stages as the work gets done, so you're never paying for work that hasn't happened.
What if the price goes up halfway through?
It won't, unless you ask for a change. Any change is priced and agreed in writing before we do it.
Will you actually start when you say?
Yes. You get a start date with your quote and we keep it. We only take on as many jobs as our own team can run.
Are you insured?
Yes. £10 million public liability, plus a 10-year structural guarantee on every extension. We send you the certificates before you sign.
Can we live at home during the build?
Usually, yes. We plan the work so you keep a kitchen and bathroom running, and we clean up at the end of every day.
Do you handle planning and Building Control?
Yes. We work with local architects and handle Building Control from the first inspection to the final sign-off.
